We invite you to relax and enjoy our “Home Away From Home” here at Smokies Vacation Getaway. Adhering to these certain practices and policies will help ensure your safety and enjoyment.

 

Rates for 2009 - Beginning June 1st:

 

Half of rental fee due upon reservation and other half due 2 weeks in advance.
(nonrefundable)

 

2-Night Minimum Charge Required:
Rental Fee Nightly Rate - $50 per bedroom/per couple. Cabin - up to 6 guests

 

10% discount- 5 nights or more

 

Larger Groups:

 

Campers/Tents - $15 each per night with cabin rental of 6 guests and a reservation of 2 nights minimum

 

Guess Information Required:

All guests must be registered.

 

Adults - Names, Address, Valid Email Address, Telephone Number for All Adults in Group
Children - Number and Ages of Children (Age 18 and younger)

 

THIS VACATION RENTAL POLICIES AGREEMENT INCLUDES UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE USAGE OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND THE IMMEDIATE EVICTION OF TENANTS WITH PROOF OF DAMAGE. YOUR PAYMENT IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL. TENANT ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILIY FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR GUESTS’ SAFETY AND PERSONAL PROPERTY. TENANT AGREES TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PREMISES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO KEEPING THE PREMISES AS CLEAN AND SAFE AS CONDITIONS PERMIT AND CAUSING NO UNSAFE OR UNSANITARY CONDITIONS EITHER IN OR ON THE GROUNDS AROUND THE PREMISES.

 

• Tenant agrees to pay for any damages and/or extra cleaning fees.
• We are set up on a well system, so, if the power goes out, the well stops working.
• Please do not turn the water back on or flush the toilets until power is restored.
• Pets are allowed by permission only. Pet bed, food and watering bowl will be supplied. No pets allowed in house. Pets must stay in basement or on screened in porch. Guests are held responsible for any and all damages and agrees to pay for repair of premises and property within 30 days of notice. Because of neighborhood pets/wildlife you will need to keep all food in the house unless someone is attending to it outside.
• The screened-in deck is not safe from animal invaders.
• YOU are responsible for your garbage. A garbage container is provided for your use, but be sure the lid is securely shut.
• Please DO NOT leave the campfire unattended.
• Please be sure campfire is contained within the fire pit and extinguished before retiring for the night or leaving the property.
• When leaving and before going to bed, be sure fire is completely out.
• Please turn off propane tank to grill when not in use.
• Place dirty towels and washrags in laundry room for management to wash. Bedding will be removed by management.
• Be sure to lock all doors before leaving.
• To call long distance from Smokies Vacation Getaway, you will need to bring a calling card.
• Any personal property you want returned will be shipped back to you at your expense.
• Notify management in writing of the need to replace or repair lights, appliances, smoke detectors, or anything else that requires maintenance.
• Except for dirty towels/linens, premises should be left in same condition as found upon tenant's entrance.
• No smoking inside Smokies Vacation Getaway. Receptacles for cigarette butts will be provided outside the residence.
• All children (18 and under) are to be under adult supervision at all times.
• Absolutely NO FIREWORKS!!!
• Please be considerate of neighbors and enforce a “Quiet Time” after 11:00pm.
• PPV channels are available upon request (extra fee required).
• Problems considered “Act Of God” are beyond the management’s control and are non-refundable.
